Vodacom: USELESS repair center!

I took back my phone to vodacom as a result of a factory fault.They initially told me it would be ready after 4 days, but it’s been weeks now!!! I asked them to cancel my contract and keep the phone without any penalties as they sold me a faulty product but they refused. The repair center is so damn useless, they literally told me they don’t know when I’ll be getting back my phone but they expect me to keep paying premiums, ***????!!!!
