Vodacom useless payment system

Due to a hiccup at the bank, Vodacom debit order did not go through. It went through the following day which was prorate amount. I was never even notified that a prorated amount will be debited 2 days after you receive the phone, I noticed the invoice that I was sent by vodacom that i am being charged the prorated amount that was already debited with the full cost of the device. I queried this to Pop at vodacom and got no resolution and then i. Called in and spoke to guy and told me that the amount was paid and his not sure why the system is not updating the transaction, and asked the guy to remove me paying via debit order so I could pay via eft until I get it resolved at the vodacom shop.. there after this stupid company decides to lock my sim card before the device cost has to come off ...I told them I don't want them to debit me anymore on the 30th I got my salary and decided to make payment via the vodapay App and I had to pay triple the amount now when I called in on the 31st yesterday a lady at vodacom told me that I should notify them 3 days before about a payment made so they can cancel the debit order and I told her how 3 days before when I get paid at the end of the month and that the 1st debit order comes off on the 1st of every month and she then says do u have funds so we can debit so that it does not bounce and then I said to her why should I be having funds in my account tomorrow when I had already made the payment. So now on my credit report an enquiry has been added for a missed payment that never happened..that brought down my credit score by 37 points. I worked so hard to get it back on track and have it stable..I always pay my accounts up to date and having vodacom is my biggest regret. I want to cancel this contract because I don't want to legally make it nasty for them. I have the best lawyer that can dispute this contract and pull up all the recordings..I want this enquiry removed on my credit profile and I intend to follow up accordingly
