Vodacom- Useless network provider

I'm appalled at the level of service vodacom provides. My fibre has been down for 2 weeks with no help from vodacom and vumatel, who owns the fibre lines. To add on top of that, their call centre agents are untrained and unsupervised (useless in other words). I'm ready to cancel my ties with them and find a service provider that is ready to provide a service. Such atrocious service! Sies!!
