Vodacom Useless customer service

I had the worst customer service experience at Fourways Vodacom. The ladies there just are completely not helpful. Talk about the worst customer service. Someone tells you I will be back. Only to see them sleeping in a chair in the back. Explains why they have a door that says staff only. 3 hours later found out they do not even have the phone I wanted talk about inconvenience
