Vodacom useless customer service

After laying a complaint regarding my upgrade someone from vodacom called me told me he will try and sort out my problem. He even contacted the store where I was upgrading at and told them he will sort out the problem. Its been 3 days no response. No one knows who called me and what happend to him or my query (but they can see the time I was called)???
