Vodacom Useless Customer Care!

I hope somebody from Vodacom reads this because the customer support service is absolutely hopeless. All I want to do is clear up a discrepancy on my account, but I get transferred from one department to another and after being transferred backwards and forwards I am back to the first department and must atart the whole process again! Yesterday I spent one and a half hours on the phone and today almost 2 hours again!! Absolutely ridiculous!
