Vodacom useless can't even provide an ITC number.

My daughter had her Apple Iphone ****** at St Patricks school in Kokstad. It is fully insured with our broker. Can she get an ITC number from Vodacom? No, it's impossible. She has spent hours on the 'phone to their call center. Eventually, she was told they would call her back the following day. They did and said they would send the ITC to her mum's phone. It never came through. After she had waited a few days she called again several tiems and was told they could not send the ITC number as her mum was on MTN. What this has to do with anything is anyone's guess.

So they told her to go to the local Vodacom shop in Kokstad. This she did and was told they could do nothing and that she must go to Istore shop in Gateway Durban. That is three hours and a R1,000 worth of petrol away.

Just what is going on with these people? Disgusting service. One thing is for sure when she does get her new phone the MSP will certainly not be Vodacom. Useless.
