Vodacom - USELESS

I am very dissapointed in Vodacom. I would not recommend Vodacom to anyone. They phone you to tell you that their prices and packages change and then upgrade you and extent your contract for another two years without your consent.....This happend with both my data lines.........I phoned numerous times to get the contact cancelled, and it is still running..... so frustrating... They are USELESS....People working their don't know what they are doing.
