Vodacom useless

Here we go again...tired of vodacom...they keep on calling to assist but nothing happens. I'm tired of them! They can't keep to their word. Phone is in repair but nothing done sent back to the store for what. What's up with the repairing the phone all of this just to fix up a factory fault on the phone I must wait again 4 months + still nothing done...how fed up can you be with them....they say they will assist but nothing....really why do they keep to the service excellence if it is useless. All I need is just my phone to be repaired brought back so I can use it like normal but that can't happen because vodacom always has excuses to sort things out....they are at fault but they twist the story around to make the customer at fault....really how pathetic can they be
