Vodacom, useless as always. If I could give 0 stars I would

So, this is probably my 4th review of Vodacom in a couple of days. Because the only way to get through to these people is to write a review....

My fibre is down since tuesday morning, after a technician came to fix it no more than 2 weeks ago...

I have been trying to speak to the relevant people but no luck...

The people at vodacom just do not give a damn for their customers. Someone from Vodacom did try to contact me ar 20h20 last night. I could hear the person talk but he couldn't hear me. The call got dropped and there was no call back again...

This is a testament to Vodacom's **** customer care and also the sub standard service they provide.
