VODACOM USELESS AND ***********! !!!

<p>I've been trying to change my account details since March! Still an issue today! Call them, email them, no reply, you escalate to their customers relations department and don't reply unless YOU email them again, after 14 YEARS!!!! this is how useless this company is...they change their servers...it's YOUR problem, they debit the wrong account, its YOUR problem,...they block your account...YOU have to call them back, YOU CALL AGAIN...sorry mam , the debit order date has been updated, the bank account details have been updated, yay...and then today....Sorry mam...there will DEFINITELY BE NO DEBIT ORDER GOING OFF YOUR ACCOUNT? !?!......AM I MISSING SOMETHING? ...WE Will call you back....we will sort this out...it has been escalated...sorry for inconvenience...still waiting.......</p>
