Vodacom USELESS

How can Vodacom keep you responsible for an account if they made a mistake (which they admitted after numerous phone calls from myself to Vodacom). But still tell me that I couldn't have received an e-mail in 2018 as they only started giving the option to go temporally on Top-up after Covid. And even though I did send proof that I received this e-mail in 2018, they still deny it and keep me responsible for payment. They don't take any responsibility from their side. Now they have even "open" my contract again, billed it with R600 to be able to delete my number. The customer center does not even offer to help me AND tell me that they can not even see that there were any kind of dispute?! It is a put there is no option to post the photo as proof that I received this e-mail in 2018. And on my previous Hello Peter review, they said the issue was resolved! How???

Yes I have, and after that, I posted this because I did not get any help. Just saying you have activated my contract again in order to delete my number and then I am still also responsible for the costs for this?? As such I HAVE NOT BEEN HELPED AT ALL!!!!!!!!! Vodacom is just turning a blind eye and putting all the responsibility on me.
