Vodacom useless

The vodacom team is utter useless. I wanted to cancel my vodacom contract, it’s been two weeks, no response. Each time I’m on the phone for an hour, they put you through to all their departments. No one is assisting. Nobody gives you feedback. Then the next they if you call again, you’ve waster the previous day on the phone and nothing changes.
