VODACOM USELESS
<p>I have two requests at Vodacom the one is the migration of banking details from one account to another and the other is the device that was sent that is faulty when upgrade online. Both requests are dragging on from January 2017. As this stage, time and date, I am still waiting for Vodacom to come back to me to hear when the devices will be picked up by RAM and the other is the migration that did not go from the new banking details. With all of the cutomer representatives that I have spoken to over the past month and a half is imcompetent. Empty lies, false hope. Unfortuanately I have upgrade to a new contract and bound to the contract. End of term I'm moving over to Bok-Sel. </p>
