Vodacom useless
I was offered a cell phone, but then realised that it was a 3 year contract. I cancelled and never received the phone. Yet my upgrade date has not been changed. It is still next year! I had to pay for a new phone at Vodacom. The lady phoned head office, but they still couldn't fix it!
