Vodacom = Useless

Have been waiting on my fibre router for a week now, I have spoken to 7 consultants and a manager and none of them will get back to you. The one person tells you that RAM will be delivering the router and the other person tells you that Vumatel needs to deliver. Now just to add the service is not active yet and the service is already bad. I thought Telkom is bad but Vodacom is worse.
