Vodacom useless

My Sony Xperia phone got water damage (it is a waterproof phone) Booked it at Vodacom Chats Cellular on 7 March 2016. Was sent to Vodacom Repairs Centurion. They said it would be repaired under WARRANTEE. On 21 March phone was sent back NOT REPAIRED. According to them, phone was opened by someone that was not authorised to do so (it was at the SSS Service Centre April 2015 - They ARE an authorised Vodacom Repair Centre) After a few dozen emails back and forth between me and SONY (Vodacom not assisting) SONY confirmed that I should book the phone again and that it would be repaired without any charges. Booked it at Vodacom Chats Cellular on 29 May 2016. Was sent AGAIN to Vodacom Repairs Centurion. Sent to Advanced centre ... sent here and there. I phoned almost every week (nobody phoned me back) and no-one could tell me where my phone is and when it will be repaired. I am now 6 months without a phone (still paying for this phone every month on a contract) The last I heard was 3 weeks ago that the phone will now be replaced by a new phone..... STILL WAITING - I phone almost TWICE a week to get information on my phone- NO ONE can tell me when I will receive the new phone..... I am now running out of patience.
