Vodacom- USELESS
Service is terrible overall from vodacom not to even start with village Mall Hartbee****rt’s Vodacom store.
Been weeks and weeks I did my upgrade (which ai still did not receive the phone I ordered- after they keep Telling me its here tomorrow, tomorrow, before end of the week) then they deducted more from my account for a mistake from their side and still no consultant called me to correct this after what they told me and that it was a mistake from their side..
I just find Vodacom’s service useless when you call them or going into store-
