Vodacom = USELESS
Worst service EVER. First struggled to get someone to even phone back. Finally got a representative and upgraded. Waited a week for my new phone. Eventually phoned, just to get the sh*t response that they never placed the order. Finally replaced the order - AND CHARGED ME MORE PM THAN INITIALLY- . When the new order was placed I gave them my home address. First day of delivery they sent it to work where no one could pick it up. Second day we phoned "they forgot to change the address". Third day no response and still no phone after more than 2 weeks.
On the verge of canceling all 5 my contracts and going to cell C
