VODACOM useless

i was called by company promoting cell phones for vodacom , i asked for a TAB , they sent a cheap phone which i really do not have a need for , i returned the device the next day , and called to make sure it was cancelled , vodacom ensured me it was cancelled a month later i am getting statements for sumthing i do not have .
