Vodacom useless
How do I give a below 0 star review. You are seriously useless. I've logged a complaint last month. Complaints consultant confirmed my account is closed and my refund was paid. How the hell do you take a debit order of R1200 PLUS if my account is supposed to be closed after I was refunded my money. I originally requested to close my account last year already hence the refund. I want my Money back you took this month and I want it now now now!!!!!!!!!!! I want letter my account is closed and zero balance outstanding. Sort this out I'm fed up with Vodacom. I'm waiting on letter and my money. ********** 066
