Vodacom = USELESS

<p>I ordered 2 cellphones over 2 weeks ago, till today they have not yet delivered. Called several times and was informed that my application is still with the confirmation department. I requested to be forwarded to that department I was advised that they dont take calls. I left several messages for the confirmation&nbsp;department to call me and confirm whatever it is that they need to confirm till today no phone call from Vodacom. I called this morning to cancel and I was informed that its the confirmation department that can cancel my application but they are not reachable, they only do outbound but cannot receive calls. My concern is that they are receive email requests to call me but they are also not doing so.... Useless , I am done with Vodacom.</p>
