VODACOM USELESS

In 2017 I did an application for a laptop at Vodacom as I was due for an upgrade which I was denide so I said fine no problem. I then went to MTN and in a short matter of time I had a laptop. I did not sign any paperwork at Vodacom because I did'nt receive anything from them. They started deducting funds from my account which I disputed because I did'nt have a contract with Vodacom anymore. They then started sending me demanding letters and I then went to Vodacom and asked for an explanation and they were very arrogant and addamant that I owed them money. After long stories they stopped with their letters and I thought the matter was solved. Last week I did an application for vehicle finance and they denied me because Vodacom had put me on ITC for an amount of R3777-00. I went to Vodacom to enquire about this and they informed me that I don't owe them anything and my account is on a zero balance. I lost the vehicle because of their incompetancy to rectify their stupidness. It is the worst company with the most arrogant people working in their legal department. I see on hellopeter I am not the first person this has happened to. I think Vodacom are ******* and I will never refer anybody to them for this reason. BAD BAD SERVICE AND VERY POOR CLIENT SERVICE!!!!!!!!
