Vodacom uprade issue

Hi. This is the second part of my complaint. On the 1st May Vodacom tried to debit an extra R2119 from my bank account. I reversed the debit and paid the invoice amount via eft. When I called to query it they said it was the invoice for my new phone. Nobody mentioned this to me and this was never emailed to me like my monthly bills are. I was told that my new handset instalment would be around 800 per month. My upgrade itself was one big mess. The deal I chose was a two for one deal. When I only received one phone I called to query it and I was told the agent only selected the deal with one phone which means she selected the wrong deal. It took me about two weeks to sort this out and to get the other phone issued and sent to me. Fast forward to 1 May, this debit of R2119 and a connection fee of R97 is being debited from my account. On top of that, my wife and I are being harassed to make this payment we know nothing about. This is the worst experience I have ever witnessed and I am really disappointed to be treated this way after being a loyal customer for almost 20 years. I have never been with any other network other than Vodacom and right now I feel like cancelling all my contracts when they up for renewal and moving to another provider. Vodacom gets thousands of rands from me every single month and to be treated like this is unacceptable. I need this fixed and sorted out.
