VODACOM UPGRADES WORST SERVICE EVER FOR FAULTY PHONES!!
Most pathetic service ever! Out of box failure upgrade returned to Vodacom, phone is still being billed and no upgrade done. I've being passed from one dept to another and sat many hours on the phone! WHO AM I SUPPOSED TO CALL? NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME! I CANT SORT IT OUT IN STORE?? WHERE MUST I GO?? BECOMING MORE AND MORE LIKE GOVT SERVICES. PATHETIC

23 Feb 2021, 15:28You just stay pathetic! How would i know where to post my complaint when u cant even get a agent at your call centre to call you back or tell you what to do. Everyone passes the buck and nothing gets resolved. I AM BEING BILLED FOR A UPGRADE I DONT HAVE!!!
