Vodacom Upgrades Useless!!!!

My Vodacom contract ends now in November 2022. A Lady from Vodacom Upgrades contacted me on the 23rd of Sept saying they have a promotion running where I can receive free data and everything for the same price as my current contract. I told her I do not want it because I want to cancel my contract with Vodacom when it comes to an end in November. I do not want to upgrade was my exact words!!!! This idiot went and upgraded my contract to a higher premium and now the contract has been upgraded for another 2 years.

My previous amount was R500 and something and now my new contract is R1200 and something. I keep calling and they say they will call me back. No one will give me the name of the idiot who placed the new upgrade also there is no recording.

If these people think I am going to pay this money they must think again!! Vodacom is useless no one wants to assist you. You need to hire more competent people!!!

I really hope the idiot who made the upgrade witbout my consent will lose her job... Because you will be paying this contract Vodacom not me!!!!!!!!!
