Vodacom upgrades - terrible service!!!

Vodacom will never see me again! I've been trying to upgrade since 23/07 without any success! They keep telling me that my number is on the old system and they will return my call. No one ever phone back! I'm a Vodacom customer since 2004 and have never seen such terrible service ever! I sent a message via Facebook on 14/08 and told my story. They rep**** and told me someone will phone me shortly. That's almost 48 hours ago!!! Still no feedback! Think I'll just cancel my contract when it expires in October!
