Vodacom upgrades online suck !!!

I tried to upgrade online from the 4 of October. Well after 6 calls made from my side still no luck. I even spoke to a superviser and he reassured me by end of working day today some would have called me. Well end of day 9 of October still no luck. So guys if you want to upgrade on vodacom dont. Go the other other networks that can assist you with in 24 h as they stipulate on there websites. Vodacom what have happend to you. It was the best net work provider but it has gone down. I'm very disappointed.
