Vodacom upgrades number without consent, this constitutes *****
A Vodacom consultant, Rama Latsom, just committed ***** on my contract number. She upgraded my line without my consent (sim only deal), but now Vodacom wants me to pay a penalty to get my line cancelled, but I did not ask for the upgrade to be done and she done it without my consent?
Vodacom, please get this sorted out ASAP, it should be a quick fix as there are no handsets involved.
