VODACOM UPGRADES Mothusimang Sapele
25th of Jan 2022 I upgraded my my one contract online. They phoned back at said phone is out of stock. So I phoned in and spoke to a lovely gentleman Mothusimang Sapele and he quickly gave me a new phone, beter specs... For R20 more expensive.
That is why I love Vodacom. This is service. So if you need to upgrade, phone *** and ask for him. He knows his stuff.
Also I dont pay an upgrade fee of R160. It get courier to my house in 3 days....

But he didn't phone me today because another gentleman phone me and told me its only coming in 2 weeks. Not today. So Mothusimang Sapele and gentlemen created their own whatsapp group and he said me Sapele will phone u soon....
FROM A GOOD SALE TO A **** EXPERIENCE. Vodacom lies ands makes other promises just like all cellphone companies. I should know. I worked for VODACOM.. And I left, its against my believe to lie about anything just to keep your job.......
