vodacom upgrades lie

Vodacom phoned me for an upgrade , on the phone the person doing the upgrade **** about the contract that we agreed about. luckly this was recorded, but sins 10 May 2023 todate vodacom is not coming back to me. They just transfer you to someone els and what they say they dont keep their words. The vodacom worker gave me a upgrade deal on a Samsung A34 5G, 24 months, for around R379 after 7 days when I received the phone the contracted see sold me was a lie, she just wanted to do this deal and **** to me over the phoned and its recorded.. on the invoice was Samsung A34 5G , 36 months, R412 my contract is a Red 185 i said to her i want to stay on the Red 185, she change me to Red 200 without my concend. I have 3 contracts with vodacom and been with vodacom sins 2001... till today nothing is happening and now i have to pay the price because a sales persone of vodacom **** to me over a upgrade contract.
