Vodacom upgrades
When I was contacted about an upgrade the salesperson sold me a upgrade, after a few days I was phoned again by another consultant telling le my initial order was cancelled due to the sales person fault. Its was escalated and I never received feedback. Every day another person is trying to solve my upgrade. Now I just keep my old phone and save money.
