Vodacom upgrades

My wife went to the Graaff Reinet Vodacom to upgrade. This was done fast and very good. This lady helps us really nice. The afternoon a male person from Vodacom upgrades phones her to upgrade het contract. She told him we already done it. Then he said he will cancel that upgrade and he will redo it. After she said no, he still done it. She phone Graaff Reinet branch and it was really cancelled and done wrong. After the lady redo everything this guy from Vodacom upgrades phone even me and was so rude to me. Again, he cancelled the Graaff Reinet upgrades and create his own wrong one. This is so rude, really. And what must we do now, because everything hangs now.
