Vodacom upgraded the wrong number.

So I am due for an upgrade there are 3 phones on one person's name at vodacom. The one number is meant to be upgraded. This was conducted via vodacoms online service. A week layer the phone and smar****ch that were due with the upgraded contract arrive. But guess what. The number that was upgraded was the wrong one. Not just that the number upgraded was upgraded a year ago. How the hell...? After being sent from one department to another for a week, i get told that the phone and watch need to be collected in 3 to 7 days. Then they will roll back the upgrade... and i need to upgrade again. And in the meantime? Well who knows how long this will take. Maybe its just better to cancel the contracts with Vodacom.

Starting to lose count of how many days it is bow since i got the (automated),"official business reply". I really think that hello peter should stop classifying these as a response. Because its not.
