Vodacom upgraded device

I recently upgraded my contract during my upgrade application I was told my new phone comes have got a theft cover for 2 months which I have a comprehensive cover on my previous phone. On the 25th of July I was ****** both my phones. I submitted my claim to vodacom charts around d where I am staying. Claim was approved but the consultant who assisted me told me she still need to order my phone I should expect it by 30/08. She place order for both phones but when she was capturing second claim she got an error that there is an existing claim. She Said she will we have to finalize the first claim then load the new one since they are under same number. Okay fine I left. I did a follow up with the consultant on the 3oth she said it's out of stock we must wait until 01/08. I did the follow up again she said let's see the following week what's happening. Today I went to the shop because the consultant who assisted told me that I must come she will cancel the first claim and logg second one because that phone is on stock. She struggled to cancel existing claim and phoned insurance for assistance. They advised that only one claim can be submitted under one number which was news to me. No one explained that to me even the consultant who phoned told me I'm covered for both phones I relaxed. It is very disappointing to say that I was given wrong information and it's not one person.
