Vodacom upgraded contract without consent !!
In March 2019 a vodacom direct agent phoned to migrate one of our data contracts from 3GB to 15 GB per month. I gave permission for this. One of my phone contracts is also due for upgrade. When I phoned to arrange this today, I was informed that it was already upgraded by Vodacom Direct. I gave NO permission for this. It also looks like the data contract is only 5 GB and not 15 GB as discussed. How on earth can it be legal for someone to upgrade a contract without consent??? How is it legal to be promised 15GB of data when in reality you will only get 5GB. If this matter is not resolved asap, I will def seek legal advice.
