Vodacom Upgrade with Complimentary Samsung Gifts not Received

Upgraded on 27 November 2024 with a package deal which includes a Samsung phone with Samsung earbuds and smar****ch. Got the order number from the Samsung rep at the store and he said they will contact me for the delivery of the items within 7-14 workdays. During December 2024, Samsung SA forwarded a letter stating that stock will be received soon. The contact details of Samsung do not word and the Vodashop in Rustenburg is of no help, keeps on saying that they will follow up. It has been 3 months now, and I still haven't received anything. Considering in cancelling all my contracts with Vodacom after being a user for more than 20 years.
