Vodacom upgrade under Debt review ( In your dreams)

Went under debt review last year and now I am due for an upgrade but vodacom internal structures are pathetic called customer service the lady did not know how to help or what to say???? So i ended the call made another call maybe a different operator can help this 1 was worse see was offering me a different handset but after a few minutes she changed her story to no she cant help i must phone accounts. My vodacom account is not under debt review the amount is budget for in my expenses. So vodacom please inform your customers that if under debt review you cant help them any more.
