Vodacom Upgrade S22 trade in

I have recently pre-ordered the Samsung S22+ on Vodacom online. According to Samsung Vodacom will handle the trade in for the promotion that they have now, if I have a contract with Vodacom. I called Vodacom today. They told me I cannot get the trade in because I have upgraded online. But you can do it in store while you are upgrading. This is totally unacceptable. Vodacom is taking advantage of their customers. They cant even tell me if my upgrade has been confirmed.

Dear Vodacom

Please explain why i cannot do a trade in on my old device. Vodacom is deceiving their customers from using samsung promotions.

I will take this up with Samsung also regarding the way Vodacom is not allowing long time Samsung customers to use their promotions..
