Vodacom upgrade promotion

I recently upgraded my phone contract to the Samsung Galaxy A70 with the Samsung Gear Fit 2 that was a special promotion. I got my phone and everything was fine but the sales consultant told me it would take 2 weeks until I get my Samsung watch. 4 Weeks later I called the shop and asked how far the watch is and the person on the phone told me they will contact me about the situation, they didn't call me so a week later (5 weeks) I called again and got through to the sales rep that helped me, he told me the Samsung watch was only for the first 1000 people (my impression I was because he told me I would get the watch and it was a promo, there didn't stand something about the first 1000 people). He said he will come back to me and I'm still waiting (week 6). I'm really disappointed about this whole situation signing up for a phone contract and with the benefits and not getting it.
