Vodacom upgrade or is it downgrade??

On Monday the 15th June 2015, we left a website message for a Vodacom consultant to phone us back with regards to an upgrade. One of our two lines(personal) with Vodacom is due for an upgrade.. The line in use for an upgrade is currently in use by an apple tablet device. So we were informed that an sms will be sent to the line in order for us to supply the agent with an OTP. Hello, it is an Apple Tablet device and cannot receive sms! Because of this fact, Vodacom can not supply us with an upgrade!! Terrible, shocking service. We will be sure to cancel any further contracts with them. And by the way Vodacom, we run a business and have a 117 lines with you. They will all be cancelled.
