Vodacom upgrade nightmare

I'm so annoyed with the service at this place. I came in for an upgrade of my contract - which I'm entitled to as I've been with these people for over two years. Rhe girl that initially assisted me gave me the incorrect information twice. Then there systems went down. I aggreed to come the next day after I was told they have all of my details and everything would be sorted out the next day. The next day I went back and was told by her co-worker he can't assist me as he needs bank statements. I sent the details via email and he acknowledged this,since then I have not received any feedback. This morning I phone and the person who picks up the phone tells me there is no suchperson working there and drops the call in my ear.

I think you VODACOM have to send your staff for proper training or replace them with people that actually want to work. Because these people are costing you clients.
