Vodacom upgrade never arrived.
Did upgrade via a call centre, but the device never got delivered. I got a the tracking number from Ram Couriers also pathetic service they always promise a delivery on the day i call but never happens it been a week now waiting.

15 Apr 2021, 13:28I did receive the call just now,but i'm still not getting any help. Wasted my time and went to the branch and the same Bridgette said i must wait for RAM couriers to courier back to Vodacom,they've already failed to do so for about a week now. So i'm really fed up now.
