Vodacom Upgrade Issues
I upgraded online on Saturday, 14 January 2024 and everything was confirmed with no issues.
I phoned Vodacom on the 16th January 2024 and was informed that my online upgrade failed due to an error and they will need to escalate this to their back office to cancel the order before I can try upgrading again and this will take 24 hours. I received no notification from Vodacom that there was an error on my online upgrade.
I phoned Vodacom again today to follow up and the guy said that it has been escalated to cancel the order but will escalate it again.
This is flippen frustrating as I am now sitting with a phone that does not work properly and I cannot upgrade due to Vodacom's ******* online upgrade system issues and lack of communication.
I am also then informed that communication is being sent to email: *** I was not aware of this email address nor do I have any idea on how to access this email address.
How long do I need to wait before Vodacom sorts out their issues so that I can upgrade?

I had to contact Vodacom myself to sort out the issue because the Vodacom Hello Peter Team said that they would provide feedback and then did nothing else. They only contacted me after I took time out of my day to sort out the issue because they couldn’t be bothered.
So yes my issue is sorted but you didn’t solve it I did that myself so don’t act all proud and pat yourself on the back because you didn’t do anything
