VODACOM UPGRADE - DONE ON LIES AND MISLEADING

Why is every 2 years when upgrades have to be done, my blood pressure goes through the roof, due to telesales telling you complete nonsense and lies. One price gets quoted then another charged on 3 data contracts, add on voice bundles get added, that were never ordered. Contract term gets extended without notification, delivery charge gets added on each individual tablet ( which was not disclosed ) but one delivery is made. Then when i ask them to stop the voice bundle so it doesn't get used. I am told they CANNOT and it can take up to 14 days for the tablets to be collected. THIS IS NOT ON, VODACOM. ITS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE THE WAY YOUR COMPANY IS OPERATING. AND I WILL BE CANCELLING MY CONTRACTS AND MOVING ELSEWHERE AS THEY NEAR THE END OF THE CONTRACTS.
