Vodacom Upgrade disgusting Service

Worst service I've ever received, all they keep doing is call me but still I don't have a phone. I spoke to a team leader Mr Tertius Flitzgerald promised to order a combo deal for me because there was no stock but when there was stock he wouldn't take my calls and the consultants couldn't assist me with the upgrade I wanted to do yet I've paid out my contract . I've emailed and called many times to a point where I was blocked but my query still remains unresolved for more than 5 months now, even worse they don't want to give me the call recordings between me and Mr Tertius Flitzgerald but by law I'm entitled to the call. ?
