Vodacom Upgrade Dept

A lady from the upgrade department contacted me this afternoon, she did not mention her name, when I told her I was not interested to upgrade, she started yelling at me, and when I tried to tell her that this is unacceptable behaviour, she put the phone down in my ear, while I was talking, not the kind of service I am used to!!
