*********** Vodacom Upgrade Department Employees

Most frustrated, the Vodacom Upgrade department is the most *********** department, full.of people who simply don't know what they are doing. They seem to be pushing through sales, I suppose in order to earn commission, whilst they sell lies to its customers. Everyone you talk to there tell you different things, yet they work for the same.company.

Furthermore, nothing that they tell you and do makes sense. Surely, I think Vodacom can do better by training these people.
