Vodacom upgrade deal match *******

<p>I upgraded my contract Nov'16 with Vodacom as a deal match.As Telkom offered 575mb and 50min for R149 per month with a P8 lite handset.I informed Vodacom and they offered me 150min and 500mb for R199 per with a P8 lite handset.When the month started i only received R150 airtime and 200mb.I phoned in about 5 times to resolve my problem but no joy.Currently i have to buy data and airtime and there are never manager available in the call centre.how do i get what was promised or cancel the contract and port my number?</p>
