Vodacom upgrade cheats

When I was doing an upgrade I was offered a free laptop but now I'm being invoiced for it. I lodged a query and response came saying my query is invalid. I have been requesting a voice recording of the call with the agent who did my upgrade but to no avail. I feel Vodacom agents are cheats.
